Hong Kong – March 10, 2017 – Harbour Grand Kowloon is pleased to invite you for a customised sake dinner on Sunday, March 19, 2017 at Robatayaki, the Michelin-recommended Japanese barbeque restaurant, in partnership with the world-renowned Japanese soft-water brewery, Kokuryu, to present eight premium sakes to the diners.


Each dish on the tasting menu is meticulously designed by master chefs to bring the rich flavour and delicate balance of these beautifully crafted sakes. The menu highlights Assorted sashimi (Fatty tuna, Yellow jack and Sweet prawn), Japanese Jidori chicken, Cod fish, Lobster congee and much more. Attractively priced at HK$1,198 plus 10% service charge per person, the set menu with corresponding sakes is as follows:

Kokuryu was founded in 1804. Pure water is vital to the clear, mellow flavor of Kokuryu’s ginjo sakes – starts  as    snow on the high reaches of the Hakusan mountains, percolates slowly through rocky layers and becomes the   subterranean flow of the Kuzuryu – the River of the Nine-Headed Dragon – every drop filtered by nature. With the   use of the highest grades of sake rice Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku, together with their home-made Koji,    Kokuryu brews the highest-caliber sakes with a deep, mellow taste.
