‘Australian Winemaker and Winery of the Year’ Wine Dinner at Harbour Grill

Hong Kong – October 13, 2017 – Harbour Grand Kowloon is pleased to announce the visit of award-winning Yarra Yering and Mount Pleasant on Friday, November 3, 2017 at Harbour Grill, offering an exceptional wine tasting experience. A delectable six-course dinner menu created by Chef Marco Furlan and his culinary brigade is matched with the eight exquisite wines chosen from their premium selection. The principal, Garrick Harvison from Mount Pleasant and the ‘Winemaker of the Year’, Sarah Crowe from Yarra Yering will be sharing their expertise on the night. 


Cocktail reception will be served at 7:30pm, and the dinner will commence at 8pm. Attractively priced at HK$800 plus 10% service charge per person, the six-course menu, with corresponding wines, is as follows:

About Sarah Crowe

Sarah Crowe is the first female who receives the award of Winemaker of the Year. She began her wine industry career in 2001 when she joined Brokenwood in the Hunter Valley of Australia. Since then, she started exploring the world of wine in Oregon, the Rhone Valley, etc. and finally earned her stripes as the Chief Winemaker of Yarra Yering in 2013. The wine produced from her is elegant, complex and powerful.
