Harbour Grand Kowloon Announces the Appointment of Alexandre Buytaert as Executive Chef

Hong Kong – September 19, 2018 – Harbour Grand Kowloon is delighted to announce the appointment of Alexandre Buytaert as Executive Chef, effective immediately. Originally from France, Chef Alexandre has 18 years of culinary experience from around the world, including Miami and Houston in the United States, France, Switzerland and Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

 

Alexandre has most recently been Executive Chef at Kowloon Shangri-La, and prior to that he worked at The Mira Hong Kong as Executive Sous Chef and subsequently Executive Chef.

 

In his new role, Chef Alexandre will lead the Hotel’s dedicated team of culinary talents and oversee the daily kitchen operations, as well as craft new inventive menus to inspire and excite guests’ palate. With the belief that “creativity is limitless”, Chef Alexandre is committed to experimenting with different cooking styles and food displays.

 

On his move, Chef Alexandre commented, “I am truly excited to join the hotel and be a part of its upcoming projects and initiatives.
