Hong Kong – October 26, 2017 – Harbour Grand Kowloon is pleased to invite you to an evening exploring the elegance and harmony of Soave, Valpolicella and Amarone wines from Ca’ Rugate of Italy, in a five-course intimate wine dinner which will take place on Friday, November 10, 2017 at Harbour Grill. Cocktail reception starts at 7:30pm, with dinner to follow at 8pm.

 

Six types of meticulously crafted wines have been selected, and each will be paired with a tantalising dish delicately prepared by Chef Marco and his team to elevate your gastronomic sensation. Export Manager of Ca’Rugate, Mr. Matteo Ozzano, will share his experience and expertise. 

 

Attractively priced at HK$700 plus 10% service charge per person. The five-course menu, with corresponding wines, is as follows:
